The RingCentral integration lets you automatically import call recordings into Insight7 for continuous QA, coaching, and insight extraction, eliminating the need for manual uploads.
Step 1: Go to the Integrations Page #

Log in to your Insight7 account

Visit insight7.io/integrations
Step 2: Select RingCentral #
On the integrations page, find RingCentral ↔ Insight7 under available integrations.
Click Connect Account.
Step 3: Authorize the Connection #
You’ll be redirected to RingCentral to review and approve Insight7’s access permissions.
Once you grant access, the connection will be established automatically.
Step 4: Start Syncing Calls Automatically #
After setup, your RingCentral call recordings will automatically sync into your Insight7 workspace — ready for evaluation, coaching, and trend analysis.
