Accessing the Dashboard #
- Login to your Insight7 account
- The Training Intelligence Dashboard appears on your home screen

At the top, you’ll see:
- Total sessions completed – All training sessions finished by your team
- Average scores – Team-wide performance average
- Completed vs. pending – How many sessions are done vs. in progress
Tracking Individual Performance #
Performance Table #
Shows every team member with:
- Name – Team member
- Completed trainings – Number of sessions finished
- Average score – Overall performance rating
- Score improvement – How much they’ve improved since starting
Why improvement matters:
- A rep at 51% who improved 39% is growing
- A rep at 60% who hasn’t moved needs attention
- Focus coaching on those who’ve plateaued
