How to Use the Training Intelligence Dashboard

The Training Intelligence Dashboard shows your team’s training activity, performance, and progress in one place. Track who’s improving, who needs attention, and where your team is heading.

Accessing the Dashboard #

  1. Login to your Insight7 account
  2. The Training Intelligence Dashboard appears on your home screen

Dashboard Overview #

At the top, you’ll see:

  • Total sessions completed – All training sessions finished by your team
  • Average scores – Team-wide performance average
  • Completed vs. pending – How many sessions are done vs. in progress

Tracking Individual Performance #

Performance Table #

Shows every team member with:

  • Name – Team member
  • Completed trainings – Number of sessions finished
  • Average score – Overall performance rating
  • Score improvement – How much they’ve improved since starting

Why improvement matters:

  • A rep at 51% who improved 39% is growing
  • A rep at 60% who hasn’t moved needs attention
  • Focus coaching on those who’ve plateaued

Individual Performance Details #

Click any team member to see:

  • Every training they’ve taken
  • Score for each session
  • Status
  • When they took it

Complete training history in one click.

Filtering Options #

Filter by Role:

  • View specific teams or positions
  • Focus on relevant groups

Filter by Date:

  • See recent activity
  • Track specific time periods
  • Compare performance across dates

Tracking Training Trends #

Performance Over Time Chart #

Shows how team performance moves over time:

  • Where your team is today
  • Direction they’re heading
  • Performance trajectory

Training Type Breakdown #

Switch to breakdown view to see:

  • Performance by specific training types
  • What’s driving real improvement
  • What isn’t landing as expected
  • Which trainings are most effective

Patterns that take weeks to surface manually are immediately visible.

Spot issues early:

  • See who’s struggling before problems compound
