Accessing Prompt-Based Training Creation #

Step 1: Navigate to New Training #

1. Login to your Insight7 account at https://app.insight7.io
2. From your sidebar, click on Training
3. Select New Training
4. Select Create from Prompt to instantly create from a prompt

Step 2: Choose Training Type #

Select what you want to create:

Skills Practice

• Practice scenarios to improve skills
• Realistic roleplay simulations
• Get performance feedback and coaching
• Choose this for developing abilities

Knowledge Assessment

• Practice scenarios to test understanding
• Validate what people know
• Assess retention and comprehension
• Choose this for testing knowledge

Creating Skills Practice Training #

Step 3: Click Skills Practice #

You’ll see two options:

Create from Prompt:

• Type a natural language description
• AI generates complete training instantly
• Fastest way to create custom scenarios

Upload Files:

• Add documents to help AI understand context
• Makes training more accurate and relevant
• Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX

Step 4: Write Your Prompt #

Describe the training scenario you want to create:

Prompt tips:

• Be specific about the situation
• Include the persona’s role and attitude
• Mention key challenges or objections
• Add company or product context if relevant

Step 5: Configure Training Settings #

Delivery Mode:

Chat

• Text-based conversation
• Type your responses
• Good for practicing written communication
• Easier to think through responses

Voice

• Realistic phone simulation
• Speak naturally with AI
• Most realistic practice experience
• Builds verbal communication skills

Evaluation Criteria:

Step 6: Assign Learners (Optional) #

Select who will participate:

• Search by name to find specific people
• Click Select All to assign to entire team
• Or skip and assign later

Why assign:

• Track participation and completion

Step 7: Generate Training #

Click Generate Training to create your custom scenario.

The AI will:

• Build a complete training scenario from your prompt
• Create a realistic AI persona

Using Your Custom Training #

Once generated, you can:

1. Start immediately – Practice right away
2. Review setup – Check persona and criteria before starting
3. Customize further – Adjust AI persona, criteria, or context
4. Assign to team – Share with colleagues
5. Save as template – Reuse for future training

After Completing Training #

You’ll receive:
