How To Upload Multiple Calls At Once

Analyzing multiple calls at once in Insight7 is fast and seamless. Whether you’re evaluating customer support, sales performance, or user research interviews, you can bulk upload and transcribe all your recordings in just a few clicks.

Bulk Upload Calls #

You can upload multiple files at once, up to 100 per batch.
Steps:

  1. Go to your project (create one if you haven’t).

  2. Click Upload Files.

  3. Select or drag in all your call recordings at once.

  4. Click Upload and Transcribe.

Insight7 will automatically process and transcribe each file in minutes.

Supported File Types #

  • Audio/Video: .mp3, .wav, .m4a, .mp4, .mov, .avi

  • Text (Pre transcribed): .pdf, .docx, .csv, .txt, .xls, .xlsx

After Upload #

  • Transcriptions appear under your project automatically.

Security #

All files are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Insight7 is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant.

Tip: For ongoing imports, connect your Zoom, Google Meet, or Drive integrations to auto-sync future calls.
