This week brings a voice campaign report that leads with what was found instead of a list of calls, and a safer way to change a campaign by reviewing edits before they reach callers. Smaller improvements round out the release, including a clearer first day in the coaching app and notifications that open the right step.

This Week's Highlight

Your voice campaign report now opens on what was found, not on a list of calls. Urgent findings come first, each backed by passages from real conversations, with three measures and the patterns across the campaign behind them. A people and calls table and a drawer for any single person let you dig deeper. You can also save the suggestions worth acting on, so they are not lost when you close the page.

Also This Week

Review campaign changes before callers ever see them
Edits to a campaign now go into a working copy. You review them, then make them live when you are ready. Configuration keeps a version history, and you can edit a live campaign straight from Configuration.

Start the coaching app with a first day worth opening
Onboarding in the coaching app now previews Day 1 before you begin and opens today's session directly. You can answer setup questions in your own words, personal goals have their own place, and anything you type under "Something else" is kept.

See how many minutes you have left
If your organisation has a minutes allowance, you can now check what remains from the avatar, the profile menu and Billing.

Notifications that open the right step
Pushes now open the exact step they refer to, not the front door of the app. A "Day N is ready" push arrives through the first week of a plan, and a 9am summary covers the previous day.

Fixed & Improved

  • Preview a campaign's configuration and reuse it without rebuilding it.
  • Funnel drops now reflect what actually happened on the calls.
  • Conversations with poor audio are kept when their outcome still reads clearly.
  • A gap found against an older script is no longer confused with the current one.
  • The report now includes a test-call link, clearer drawer titles and a split call view.
  • Choose from a shared voice library or your own voices, checked each time you save a campaign.
  • Background noise no longer cuts the agent off part way through a response.
  • Dialling now stops cleanly if credit runs out, instead of failing mid-campaign.
  • Outbound campaigns can use your company context and a linked Notion page.
  • A draft started from an existing campaign keeps its original voice provider.
  • Clearer wording around going live and resuming a campaign.
  • New lessons course: Confident in Conversation, for building social confidence.
  • The speaking step in a lesson can now be skipped.
  • The course from your plan is featured on the Lessons tab.
  • People now get a plan for the thing they actually picked.
  • Day 1 now ends on day 2 instead of at an arbitrary point.
  • If an answer fails to transcribe or score, you get a plain error and a retry.
  • The last turn of a conversation is kept when you hang up.
  • Slow lesson answers are waited out instead of abandoned.
  • Named personas get their own portrait, and panel conversations show one face per speaker.
  • Comma-listed panels are now read correctly.
  • Mobile alerts show one card per person, with red alerts when a trial or subscription is ending.
  • The reminders screen has a "Not now" option, and a failed paywall retry shows a softer note.
  • Free starts in the coaching app are now limited, and lessons and today's steps lock once they are used.
  • The word "call" is now "interaction" across the app, emails and Slack. Nothing else about how it works has changed.
