This week brings an Insights tab for voice campaigns that shows what your callers really say and where your agent falls short, plus mobile XP, weekly leagues, badges, and friend challenges. A redesigned test page, one list for call and text campaigns, and a batch of fixes round out the release.
This Week's Highlight
Each outbound voice campaign now has an Insights tab that shows what real conversations reveal. Findings are sorted by whether the issue sits with the agent's script and knowledge or with your product and service. Each one shows how many calls it covers, a confidence level, and example quotes. A Patterns view shows why people called and where they dropped off, counted in people. A new "To review" card on the Script tab lists questions callers asked that the agent could not answer, with suggested answers you can edit and approve straight into the script.

Keep your learners motivated with XP, leagues, and friend challenges
The mobile app now awards XP for every lesson, warm-up, game, roleplay, and completed day, and places learners in a weekly league. Nine badge series reward streaks, session counts, time spent, and social activity. Learners can challenge a friend from any scored warm-up or game, and the friend can play it in a browser with no account or install. A weekly report card and shareable images come built in.
See call and text campaigns in one list
The campaigns page no longer splits call and text campaigns into separate tabs. Both appear together, sorted by most recent activity, with a small icon for each type.
Know exactly where your agent stands before you launch
The voice agent test page is now a single focused column. A verdict at the top tells you where the agent stands, and one button shows your next step. Launch stays locked until tests have finished. If your campaign has questions, one test caller is written for each, answering in a difficult way, such as vaguely or evasively.
Add or change your password from Settings
If you signed up with Google, Microsoft, Apple, or SSO, you can now add a password to your account. If you already have one, you can change it.
Fixed & Improved
- Pulse headlines now use each campaign's own outcomes, drafted from its goal and editable on the builder under "What we want out of it."
- Outbound agents now state recording consent at the start of calls to contacts in states that require every party to agree.
- Call scripts can now have up to 15 steps of 400 characters each, with a speaking-time estimate, a character count, and drag-to-reorder.
- Outbound calls now spread across all the phone numbers your organization holds, instead of using only the first.
- Voice agents can check what a caller says against the application on record, and Pulse counts verification results separately.
- Campaigns can now require callers to confirm specific details before the agent shares other account information.
- Voice campaign test pages no longer show a chat step that only applies to text campaigns.
- Each test caller now has a result card that opens to the conversation and a checklist of what should and should not happen.
- Android users eligible for the three-day annual free trial now see it on the paywall.
- Daily speech games are no longer graded against a prompt you never saw, which had caused near-zero scores.
- Returning users whose session expired are now sent to sign in, not through the new-user quiz.
- New Google sign-up users on Android are no longer signed out right after finishing onboarding.
- Roleplay call failures now say whether the problem was the microphone, the server, or the connection, and server errors retry once automatically.
- Each practice character now has their own consistent portrait.
- Learners who choose "social confidence" now land in a course built around social settings.
- Roleplays with very little speech no longer mark the daily step as complete.
- Ask Sev no longer sends each question twice.
