This week brings voice campaigns in Yoruba, Igbo, and Nigerian Pidgin, browser testing for every campaign type, and training scenarios built from a real call. Smaller updates round out the release, including a redesigned mobile onboarding, one daily reminder at a time you choose, and a fix that frees your project slot when you delete a project.
This Week's Highlight
Voice campaigns now speak Yoruba, Igbo, and Nigerian Pidgin, with native voices for both genders.
Also This Week
Test any campaign in your browser, no phone number needed
A new "Talk to it here" step on the campaign Test page lets you speak with the agent directly. You hear the same voice, opening line, and script a real customer would, and it now works for every campaign type.
Build training scenarios from a real call, then edit them anytime
Newly generated training scenarios are based on a single real call, so they feel more specific and true to life. You can also edit an existing training in place, including its scenario sections, criteria, persona, and settings, without starting over.
Start on mobile with a redesigned onboarding
The mobile app onboarding has a new look, smoother transitions between steps, and a celebration moment at the end. It finishes with a personalized course plan, and it respects your Reduce Motion setting.
Let the campaign assistant draw on your real calls
When you draft or edit a campaign in chat, the assistant can now ground its writing in your organization's recorded calls on the same topic. This is a beta feature and is off by default until it is enabled for your organization.
Fixed & Improved
- Deleting a project now frees its slot, so you can create new projects up to your plan limit.
- Mobile reminders are now one nudge a day at the time you pick on your streak screen, replacing three generic ones.
- Trial users who turn off renewal in their last two days now see an offer for a lower-priced annual plan.
- Voicemails on Nigerian calls are now recorded as voicemails instead of completed calls.
- Voicemails no longer count in agent evaluations, so scores reflect calls an agent actually handled.
- Evaluation scores link to the right agent more often, because names now come from the caller's record when the transcript is unclear.
- Scorecards now finish reliably even when one of our AI providers is overloaded.
- Merged coaching tips now link back to the calls they came from.
- Voice agents no longer read script instructions aloud on some calls.
- Inbound Lines now has its own access setting, separate from outbound campaigns.
