This week brings inbound voice lines that customers can ring, voice campaigns in Yoruba and Igbo, and trainings you can create and assign straight from the AI assistant chat. A new speech game, a Spanish mobile app, and a set of fixes to practice sessions and call evaluations round out the release.

This Week's Highlight

Voice campaigns can now receive inbound calls. Set up a line with a phone number your customers ring, with no contact list needed. Transcription, scoring and library entries work the same way as they do for outbound campaigns. Setup screens show only the options that apply to inbound.

Also This Week

Run voice campaigns in Yoruba and Igbo
Choose your campaign language first, then pick a voice for that language. You can preview a sample before you save.

Campaigns pause themselves when calls go silent
If calls connect but the person answering hears only silence, the campaign now stops placing calls on its own. You no longer need someone listening on a phone to catch it.

Create and assign trainings from the AI assistant
Describe the training you need in chat, and the assistant builds it from your organization's own calls. You get a preview first, and you can assign the training right away.

Practice articulation with Tongue Twisters
Say a tongue twister once slowly, then twice, then three times fast. The mobile app scores each word against what you said, and the game is now first in Speech Games.

Fixed & Improved

  • The assistant now asks fewer questions, no longer asks you to confirm twice, and keeps replies shorter.
  • Training draft cards in the assistant chat no longer expire.
  • Inbound agents no longer say goodbye as if they placed the call, and no longer hang up mid-question.
  • Panel interview roleplays now show only the interviewer who is speaking, on mobile and web.
  • Custom roleplay sessions are now titled from what you described instead of "My custom scenario".
  • Onboarding calls that end early now close and score instead of returning you to the intro screen.
  • Practice sessions with no learner speech are now declined before grading instead of scored incorrectly.
  • Returning users are no longer sent back to sign-in after logging in, and no longer see a false "Sign-In failed" alert after Apple sign-in.
  • Calls where the customer never spoke are no longer given an outcome.
  • Failed call evaluations now retry with another provider instead of being missed.
  • Long transcripts now keep the opening of the conversation when summarized for evaluation.
  • Onboarding now asks for your age range to personalize examples and content.
