This week brings a lower-cost way to run voice campaigns, local phone numbers for calling contacts in Nigeria, and mobile practice scores that match what you actually said. A set of voice call fixes, a smarter Andy, and a round of mobile app improvements round out the release.
This Week's Highlight
You can now run voice campaigns on Insight7 Voice, a new lower-cost calling option. It uses the same voices as before but costs significantly less per minute. Select it as the voice engine when you set up a campaign.

Call contacts in Nigeria from a local number
Voice campaigns can now route calls through carriers that provide Nigerian numbers. Contacts are far more likely to answer a local number.
Set up voice campaigns with less friction
The screens for creating and managing voice campaigns have been rebuilt. The process is cleaner and easier to complete on your own.
Get mobile practice scores that match your conversation
A bug was pulling scores down to 1 for every session in mobile practice. Scores now reflect what you actually said.
Get more accurate answers from Andy
Andy now points you to the Robin tab instead of a Coach screen that does not exist. He also no longer mentions an export feature that is not available, and he knows the mobile app exists.
Fixed & Improved
- Yes/no answers now show correctly in call details.
- Answer columns in the campaign dashboard now fill in reliably.
- Calls where only the agent spoke no longer count as reached, so those contacts keep their retry attempts.
- Temporary carrier rejections no longer use up one of a contact's retry attempts.
- Recordings that arrive late are now attached to the call in your Library.
- The voice agent no longer ends a call right after finishing a long answer.
- Andy now tells you he is an AI when you ask.
- Andy starts a fresh conversation when a mobile user returns instead of going silent.
- After a support agent replies in mobile chat, Andy steps back for 24 hours and then returns.
- Robin now stays focused on conversations you are preparing for or debriefing, and says it is an AI when asked.
- Signing in with a personal Google account no longer places you in a new workspace when you already belong to an organization.
- Streaks now use the correct timezone.
- Lesson results are no longer graded on phantom speech picked up during silence.
- Android fixes cover notification prompts, paywall pricing accuracy, microphone permissions, and settings navigation.
- The App Store rating prompt is back in onboarding.
