This week brings two-way Yoruba and Igbo voice calls, mobile scorecards that score every criterion on its own, and a focused team view for supervisors. Campaign duplication, next-step suggestions after mobile sessions, and a batch of mobile fixes round out the release.
This Week's Highlight
Yoruba and Igbo voice calls now work in both directions. The AI persona can now understand what trainees say in those languages and respond to it correctly, so calls are no longer one-sided.

Get mobile scorecards that reflect real performance
Every criterion on a mobile scorecard is now scored on its own basis. Your results now show where you actually did well and where you did not.
Know exactly what to practice next on mobile
After a scored session, the app now suggests one next step. It might be a lesson, a speech game drill, a warm-up, or a harder roleplay, depending on which criteria came back weak or strong. Tap the suggestion and it opens that content directly.
Let supervisors see only their own reps (early access)
Organizations in the early access program get a new Supervisor View in the evaluation dashboard. It shows a supervisor's own team's calls, with filters for best and worst performers, rep, criterion, and date range. Click any call to open a detailed side panel.
Copy a campaign instead of retyping it
You can now duplicate any voice campaign from the list or the detail page, whatever its status. Contacts come along, and anyone added to the do-not-contact list since the original was created is left out automatically.
Fixed & Improved
- You can now assign people to onboarding programs straight from the Programs list, and their manager gets an email when a rep is added.
- The voice agent no longer reads its own reasoning aloud in the middle of a reply.
- Non-subscribers on mobile now get two free tries per feature before the paywall.
- The 50 percent annual discount offered during mobile onboarding can now be recovered if you skipped it.
- The first mobile onboarding paywall now asks for a decision: start a free trial, view other plans, or restore a purchase.
- The word chain game now counts each spoken word separately, so fast speakers are no longer scored lower.
- The Training Trends chart now runs smoothly across days with no sessions.
- The communication style result at the end of mobile onboarding now shows the correct result right away.
- When a mobile scorecard cannot be graded, you now see a clear explanation instead of a Try Again button that led nowhere.
- The keyboard on the roleplay Set the scene screen can now be dismissed, which helps on small iPhones.
- Personal transcripts now open from the Transcript tab on the scorecard.
- Completed training sessions now show only the sessions that belong to you.
- Android purchases through Google Play are now recognized, so Android subscribers get full access.
- App updates now reach every user on the current App Store version.
- The training templates gallery now shows the newest templates first.
- Nigerian-market training content now appears only for organizations that have it enabled.
