This week’s updates give teams more ways to scale customer engagement, training, and hiring workflows in Insight7, with broader voice capabilities and simpler day-to-day setup across the product.

This Week’s Highlight

Managers can now build and run outbound AI voice campaigns directly in Insight7. Set a goal, define your audience, configure the AI caller, and launch. The campaign places calls, holds conversations, and scores each one automatically. This is in beta and must be enabled for your organization before it appears.

Train in Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa. Voice roleplay trainings can now run in three Nigerian languages alongside English. The language is set per training on the persona step, so different reps can train in different languages at the same time.

Screen more candidates, faster. Bulk candidate import lets you paste a list of email addresses, drop CV files, or both at once. Screening sessions now also support live voice, and the AI persona is grounded in the actual job description and candidate materials so it only works from what it was told.

Find any setting instantly. The settings page has a new two-column layout and a single search box that covers every area at once, including nested sections like Evaluation Alerts. Results respect your permissions and feature access.

Start evaluations from a ready-made rubric. The Criteria screen now offers starter rubrics you can apply as a starting point, so you do not have to build scoring criteria from scratch.

Fixed & Improved

  • The “Add to a Project” modal in the library now reflects project selections correctly.
  • Project deletion now uses a single confirmation flow and applies only to the intended project.
  • The Owner filter on Team Projects now filters results accurately by owner.
  • My Projects now has a simpler filter set tailored to that view.
  • Training program average scores now exclude unscored steps from the calculation.
  • Completion percentages in the training dashboard now stay within the expected range
  • Teams can now remove multiple reps at once from settings.
  • Voice campaign audiences can now be created by typing or pasting names and phone numbers directly, in addition to file upload.
