This week brings a new way to ask questions about your growth and revenue data, a course builder that turns a single topic into a full published course, and training scenarios built from your team’s actual calls instead of generic situations.

A few smaller fixes round out the release, including more accurate lesson grading and faster gaming-behavior checks.

This Week’s Highlight

AI agent portal

Your team can now ask questions about growth and revenue in a chat interface, attach files for context, and get answers with visible sources behind each one. A built-in workflow reviews recent customer meetings and drafts follow-up emails for approval, one at a time, so nothing goes out without a person checking it first.

Also This Week

AI-generated courses from a single prompt

Give the platform a topic and it builds a full course, complete with sections, varied page formats, and quizzes at the end of each section. You review and edit before publishing, and learners who step away can pick up exactly where they left off.

Training scenarios built from your real call data

Roleplay and coaching scenarios now draw on your organization’s actual call data, along with any context or knowledge documents an author attaches when building a training. Scenarios reflect your real environment instead of a generic situation. Build one in Skills Practice & AI Roleplays.

Screen recording for mobile roleplay and speech game sessions

You can now record your screen directly inside the mobile app during both roleplay sessions and speech games, so a session can be reviewed or shared without a separate recording tool.

Fixed & Improved

  • Lesson grading now reflects the actual quality of each response, so a weak answer gets feedback that matches it rather than a passing mark by default.
  • Speaker names in training transcripts no longer show extra numbers appended to them.
  • Transcript turns now display in the correct chronological order.
  • Checks for gaming behavior now run every 15 minutes instead of twice a day, so flags reach you sooner after a session ends.
  • Creator partner discount codes now route through Apple’s official offer-code system, taking users to Apple’s redemption flow instead of showing a discounted price inside the app.
  • Course generation now retries automatically until a properly structured course is ready, rather than occasionally publishing one with a single incomplete section.
  • The post-session reflection panel has been retired and removed from the interface.
  • Copy and layout updates to the mobile app can now reach you without waiting on an app store review cycle.
