Accessing Segmentation #
Step 1: Navigate to Ask Questions #
- Login to your Insight7 account at https://app.insight7.io
- Under Analyze, you’ll see three options:
- Extract Insights
- Ask Questions ← Click this
- Create Dashboards
Step 2: Select Segmentation #
You’ll see four question modes:
- Single Question – Ask general questions about your data
- Analysis Grid – Get individual responses for each transcript
- Analysis Surveys – Analyze surveys individually
- Segmentation – Generate segmentation based on your data ← Click this
Upload Your Files #
Click Upload Files to add conversations you want to segment and compare.
Best files for segmentation:
- Multiple conversations for meaningful patterns
- Different customer types, personas, or roles
- Various industries, company sizes, or segments
- Mix of demographics or behavioral groups
How Segmentation Works #
Step 1: Attribute Extraction #
