Accessing Leadership AI Coaching #
Step 1: Navigate to Training #
- Login to your Insight7 account at https://app.insight7.io
- Open the sidebar menu
- Click on Training
Step 2: Click on Templates and Select Leadership #
You’ll see three categories – click Leadership
Step 3: Choose Your Training Template #
- Performance Feedback – Practice delivering constructive feedback
- Coaching Conversation – Master developmental coaching techniques
- Difficult Conversation – Handle challenging management discussions
- Delegation & Empowerment – Practice effective task delegation
- Team Conflict Mediation – Resolve conflicts between team members
- Recognition & Motivation – Deliver impactful recognition and motivation
- Post Workshop Reinforcement – Apply recent training concepts
Quick Start #
- Choose delivery mode: Voice or Chat
- Add context (optional): Describe your specific situation
- Click Start Session
Customizing Your Training #
Click Customize for full control.
Step 1: Design Your Scenario #
- Training Name: Give it a descriptive name
- Scenario Type: Select from templates above
- Evaluation Criteria: Auto-generate or select specific skills
- Delivery Mode: Voice or Chat
- Describe Your Scenario: Provide context (e.g., “Team member consistently misses deadlines, resistant to feedback”)
- Upload Files (Optional): Company policies, performance review templates, leadership frameworks
Click Continue.
Step 2: Customize AI Persona #
Basic Information:
- Name, Job Title, Gender
Communication Styles:
- Skeptical, Direct, Defensive, Passive-aggressive
Emotional Tones:
- Resistant, Frustrated, Defensive, Anxious, Angry
Behavioral Attributes (Sliders):
- Confidence: Low to High
- Assertiveness: Passive to Aggressive
- Empathy: Low to High
Relationship & Role:
- Relationship to Target: Direct Report, Peer, Cross-functional Partner
- Seniority Level: Junior, Mid-level, Senior
Voice Persona
Click Continue.
Step 3: Review Before Creating #
You’ll see a summary of your training setup:
Training Details:
- Title
- Use Case: Leadership
- Scenario Type (e.g., Difficult Conversation)
- Delivery Mode: Voice or Chat
- Training Type: Skills Practice
- Evaluation Criteria
- Context Files uploaded
Review and click Create to finalize, or go back to edit.
Step 4: Assign to Team #
- Search and select leaders/managers
- Click Select All for entire leadership team
- Click Start Session
During Training #
Practice the leadership conversation naturally. The AI will respond based on the persona.
