What File Types Can I Upload? #
Insight7 supports a wide range of audio, video, and text formats:
Audio & Video Files: (.mp3, .wav, .m4a, .mp4, .mov, .avi)
Text Files (Pre-transcribed): (.pdf, .docx, .csv, .txt, .xls, .xlsx). Useful if you already have transcripts from another source.
Supported Call Sources:
- Meeting recordings (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)

How to Upload Calls to Insight7 #
There are three main ways to get your calls into Insight7. Choose the method that works best for your workflow.
Method 1: Direct File Upload #
The simplest way to get started, just drag and drop your files.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Project
- Open the project where you want to add calls
- If you haven’t created a project yet, follow this guide.
Step 2: Upload Files
- Click Upload Files
- Drag and drop files directly into the upload area
- Or click browse to select files from your computer
Step 3: Start Upload
- Click upload and transcribe
- Files will begin processing immediately
Tip: You can upload multiple files at once. Select up to 100 files for bulk upload.
