Stay ahead of performance issues by creating automated alerts that notify you when evaluation scores fall below a set threshold. Performance alerts help QA and CX leaders monitor agent or team performance proactively—without manual tracking.
Accessing Performance Alerts #
Step 1: Go to Settings
Log in to your Insight7 account
Click on your profile icon (top-right corner)
Select Settings
Step 2: Navigate to Evaluation Settings
Under the Customization section, click Evaluation.
You’ll see four tabs:
Criteria
Alerts
Agent List
Configuration
Click Alerts.
Creating a New Performance Alert #
Step 3: Click “Create Alert”
Scroll down to Performance Alerts, then select Create Alert.
You’ll see the Create Performance Alert form:
Alert Name: e.g., Customer Experience Alerts
Send alert when score is below: Enter a percentage threshold (e.g., 30%)
Send alerts for this role (optional): Choose a specific role if needed
Send alerts for this attribute (optional): Filter by attribute, such as tone or response time
Send alerts to: Add recipients by selecting from company users or typing in emails
Once complete, click Create.
How It Works #
Insight7 will automatically send notifications whenever a user’s evaluation score drops below your set threshold, keeping your team informed in real time.
