How to Search Assessments by Agent

Quickly find and review specific agent assessments using Insight7’s global search feature. This guide shows you how to search for individual agents and filter their evaluation results.

Accessing the Search Feature #

Step 1: Navigate to the Search Bar #

  1. Login to your Insight7 account
  2. On the homepage, you’ll see a search bar at the top with a search placeholder

Step 2: Search for an Agent #

  1. Click on the search bar
  2. You’ll be shown different filtering options
  3. Filter by “People” to search for specific agents
  4. Input the agent’s name you want to find

Step 3: Apply Additional Filters #

Narrow your search results using these filters:

Role

  • Filter by the agent’s role (e.g., Sales Rep, Support Agent, Team Lead)
  • Useful when you have agents with similar names in different departments

Program

  • Filter by specific programs or teams the agent is part of
  • Helps organize results when agents participate in multiple initiatives

Date

  • Filter by evaluation date range
  • View assessments from specific time periods
  • Track performance over time

Understanding Your Search Results #

After applying your filters, you’ll see:

People

  • List of agents matching your search criteria
  • Agent names and identifying information

Role

  • The role or position of each agent
  • Helps distinguish between agents with similar names

Average Score

  • The agent’s average evaluation score across all assessments in the filtered period
  • Quick performance indicator at a glance

Number of Assessments

  • Total count of evaluations completed for that agent
  • Shows the volume of data available for review

Viewing Agent Assessment Details #

Click on an Agent #

  1. Click on any agent name from the search results
  2. You’ll be taken to a view showing all their actual assessments

Review Individual Assessments #

  1. Click on any assessment to see the full breakdown
  2. View detailed evaluation results, scores by criteria, and coaching tips

Common Search Scenarios #

Finding a Specific Agent’s Recent Performance #

  1. Search by agent name
  2. Filter by date (e.g., last 30 days)
  3. Review their average score and recent assessments

Comparing Agents in the Same Role #

  1. Filter by specific role
  2. Leave the name field empty to see all agents in that role
  3. Compare average scores across the team

Tracking an Agent’s Progress Over Time #

  1. Search for the agent
  2. Adjust date filters to view different time periods
  3. Compare average scores across weeks or months

Reviewing Program-Specific Performance #

  1. Search by agent name
  2. Filter by specific program
  3. See how they perform in different contexts or training programs

Tips for Effective Agent Searches #

Use Partial Names

  • If you’re unsure of the exact spelling, try partial names
  • The search will return matching results

Combine Multiple Filters

  • Use role + date filters to narrow results effectively
  • Especially helpful in large organizations with many agents

Bookmark Key Searches

  • Save frequently used filter combinations
  • Quick access to regular reporting views

Regular Check-ins

  • Search agents weekly or bi-weekly
  • Monitor trends and identify coaching needs early
