How to Create Knowledge Assessment Training from Prompts

Create instant knowledge assessments to test understanding, validate learning, and measure retention using natural language prompts.

Accessing Knowledge Assessment Creation #

Step 1: Navigate to New Training #

  1. Login to your Insight7 account at https://app.insight7.io
  2. From your sidebar, click Training
  3. Click on New Training
  4. Select Create from Prompt

Step 2: Choose Knowledge Assessment #

Select Knowledge Assessment

  • Practice scenarios to test understanding
  • Validate what people know
  • Assess retention and comprehension
  • Measure learning effectiveness

Creating Knowledge Assessment Training #

Step 3: Write Your Assessment Prompt #

Create from Prompt:

  • Type what you want to test
  • AI generates complete assessment instantly

Or Upload Files:

  • Add materials to test knowledge on
  • Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX

Product Knowledge:

  • “Test understanding of our product features, pricing tiers, and use cases”

Step 5: Assign Learners (Optional) #

Select who will take the assessment:

  • Search by name to find specific people
  • Click Select All to assign to entire team
  • Or skip and assign later

  • Measure team-wide understanding

Step 6: Generate Assessment #

Click Generate Training to create your knowledge test.

The AI will:

Taking the Knowledge Assessment #

Participants will:

  1. Receive the assessment
