Insight7 lets you turn key moments from your calls into short, shareable highlight reels. Whether you’re showcasing customer stories, team performance, or user feedback, highlight reels make it easy to present insights visually and effectively.
- Accessing Highlight Reel Creation
Step 1: Go to Extract Insights
Log in to your Insight7 account at insight7.io
From the main navigation, select Analyze → Extract Insights
Step 2: Choose “Highlight Reels”
Select Highlight Reels from the insight extraction options.
Use this when you want to:
Create short video/audio clips of key moments
Share customer stories or testimonials
Build highlight summaries for reports or team reviews
Customize Your Highlights #
After selecting Highlight Reels, you’ll see customization options.
Usage Limit:
You can create highlight reels from up to 10 files per month (request an increase if needed).
Specify Topics:
Type or select the topics you want to highlight:
Pain Points
Suggestions
Observations
Recommendations
Complaints
Press Enter or comma after each topic to add it.
Step 3: Create Highlight Reel #
After adding your topics, click Create Highlight Reel.
Insight7 will automatically identify and compile relevant quotes or clips from your selected files into a cohesive reel you can preview and share.
