How To Connect Microsoft Teams To Insight7

The Microsoft Teams integration lets you automatically import call and meeting recordings into Insight7, so you can evaluate interactions, extract insights, and monitor team performance without manual uploads.

Step 1: Go to the Integrations Page #

  1. Log in to your Insight7 account

  2. Visit insight7.io/integrations

Step 2: Select Microsoft Teams #

On the integrations page, locate Microsoft Teams ↔ Insight7 under available integrations.
Click Connect Account.

Step 3: Authorize the Connection #

You’ll be redirected to Microsoft to review and approve Insight7’s access permissions.
After granting access, Insight7 will automatically connect your Teams account.

Step 4: Start Syncing Meetings #

Once connected, new Teams recordings will automatically appear in your Insight7 workspace — ready for transcription, evaluation, and insight extraction.
