Accessing the Retention Risk Template #
Step 1: Go to Analyze → Templates
Log in to your Insight7 account at insight7.io
From your dashboard, click Analyze → Templates
Step 2: Choose “Customer Service”
Under Templates, you’ll see:

Retention & Loyalty
Insights & Strategy
Select Retention & Loyalty.
Step 3: Click “Identify Retention Risk Signals”
You’ll find this option under the Retention & Loyalty category.
Running the Analysis #
What it does:
Detects phrases and sentiment patterns that indicate potential churn
Surfaces customers showing signs of frustration, doubt, or disengagement
Helps your CX and Success teams prioritize proactive outreach
How to use it:
Upload your customer call recordings or transcripts
Click Run Analysis
Review the automatically generated insights on retention risks
