Accessing FAQ Creation #
Step 1: Go to Analyze → Templates
Log in to your Insight7 account at insight7.io
From the main navigation, select Analyze → Templates
Step 2: Choose “Marketing”
Click Marketing under the Templates section.
Step 3: Select “Content & Communications”
Under Marketing, you’ll see:
Messaging
Positioning
Marketing Research
Content & Communications
Click Content & Communications, then select Create FAQ Pages from VOC.
Extracting FAQ Insights #
What it does:
Identifies recurring questions or confusion in customer conversations
Surfaces what users want to understand most about your product or service
Helps you write FAQs that reflect real customer needs, not assumptions

How to use it:
Upload your call or transcript files
Click Run Analysis
Review extracted questions and topic clusters to build your FAQ content
