How To Spot Market Trends In Conversations

Insight7 helps you identify emerging topics, behaviors, and shifts in your market, directly from real customer conversations. With Spot Market Trends in Conversations, you can detect early signals of change and stay ahead of industry movements before competitors do.

Accessing Market Trend Analysis #

Step 1: Go to Analyze → Templates

  1. Log in to your Insight7 account at insight7.io

  2. From the main navigation, select Analyze → Templates

Step 2: Choose “Marketing”
Click Marketing under the Templates section.

Step 3: Select “Marketing Research”
Under Marketing, you’ll see:

  • Messaging

  • Positioning

  • Marketing Research

  • Content & Communications

Click Marketing Research, then select Spot Market Trends in Conversations.

Extracting Market Trend Insights #

What it does:

  • Surfaces emerging topics and themes across conversations

  • Identifies shifts in customer needs, expectations, and language

  • Highlights trends gaining traction in your space

  • Helps teams anticipate change and adapt strategies early

How to use it:

  1. Upload your conversation or transcript files

  2. Click Run Analysis

  3. Review extracted trends and recurring themes across calls or interviews
