How to Extract High Impact Messaging From Customer Conversations

Insight7 helps you uncover the exact words and phrases that resonate most with your customers. By analyzing real conversations, you can find language that connects emotionally, builds trust, and drives conversions, perfect for refining your marketing copy, positioning, and campaigns.

Accessing High-Impact Messaging Extraction #

Step 1: Go to Analyze → Templates

  1. Log in to your Insight7 account at insight7.io

  2. From the main navigation, select Analyze → Templates

Step 2: Choose “Marketing”
Under the Templates section, click Marketing to access marketing-focused insight tools.

Step 3: Select “Messaging”
Inside the Marketing category, you’ll see several options:

  • Messaging

  • Positioning

  • Marketing Research

  • Content & Communications

Click Messaging, then select Extract High-Impact Messaging.

Extracting Messaging Insights #

What it does:

  • Identifies phrases, expressions, and themes that resonate strongly with your audience

  • Highlights language patterns that evoke trust, excitement, or desire

  • Helps refine your tone of voice and positioning based on real conversations

How to use it:

  1. Upload your call or transcript files

  2. Click Run Analysis

  3. Review the extracted high-impact phrases and keywords that stand out across your data

Use this feature to refine ad copy, landing pages, or product messaging based on the real words your customers use most.
