Insight7 lets you pull powerful, context-rich quotes from your calls in seconds. Whether you’re preparing a report, customer story, or presentation, quote extraction helps you surface the most meaningful moments across all your conversations.
Accessing Quote Extraction #
Step 1: Go to Extract Insights
Log in to your Insight7 account at insight7.io
From the main navigation, select Analyze → Extract Insights
Step 2: Choose “Quotes”
Select Quotes from the insight extraction options.
Use this when you want to:
Highlight what customers actually said
Find quotes around specific topics or keywords
Support your findings with direct voice-of-customer evidence
Customize Your Quotes #
After selecting Quotes, you can define exactly what kind of quotes to extract.
Specify Topics or Keywords:
Type in the topics or keywords you want to pull quotes about
Press Enter after each keyword
You can add up to 80 topics
Save Customizations as Templates:
Save your keyword set as a reusable template
Access it anytime under My Templates
Step 3: Extract Quotes #
Once you’ve added your keywords or chosen a template, click Extract Quotes.
Insight7 will scan all your selected files and automatically surface relevant quotes, grouped by topic and speaker.
