Accessing Theme Extraction #
Step 1: Go to Extract Insights
Log in to your Insight7 account at insight7.io
From the main navigation, select Analyze → Extract Insights
Step 2: Choose “Themes”
Select Themes from the insight extraction options.
Use this when you want to:
Identify common customer pain points
Discover trending topics across conversations
Understand user motivations and behaviors
Group feedback into meaningful categories

Click Extract Themes to start processing.
Insight7 will automatically analyze your selected calls, identify recurring topics, and surface key patterns—ready for you to review and share.
